Clogging
Amy Carlile began clogging when she was 6 years old. She has had the opportunity to dance and compete with several award winning teams over the years including Strawberry Patch, Dixie Land Dolls and Clog-n-FX.
Amy took a break from clogging after college as she began working. When she was 32, the wonderful world of social media reconnected her to cloggers she had known her whole life and who had started their own studio in Woodstock GA. Amy decided to give it another go and has been competing with the award winning Powertaps Cloggers ever since!
Amy currently competes with the Young Adult team as well as competes with her duo partner in the duo category.
She has had the privilege of dancing in the Washington DC Cherry Blossom festival as well as for the Susan G. Komen Walk for a Cure.
Amy currently lives in Cumming GA with her husband Chase and two daughters (who also clog!!), Neko and Wren. They also have two Golden Retrievers, three cats and three turtles.
