Dancers are athletes.  Our bodies need muscle and strength to avoid injuries and obtain the best performances. So, get into dance shape with Ms. Elizabeth Ward. Front arms, shoulders, back, abs, thighs, and even toes. This Boot Camp will inspire and shape you up.
Cost: $100 or $90 if paid before May 15
