ALL STARS Parade Information

MARCH 11, Noon
165th Annual Atlanta St. Patrick's Parade

ALL STARS is honored to be invited to participate in Atlanta St. Patrick's Parade again this year.

WHO: 54 ALL STARS Students  (The Irish Class, Starlets, Supernovas and 20 LM, JR, and/or TEEN students)

WHEN: Saturday, March 11.  Check-in at 10:00am.  Parade starts at 12noon.

WHERE: Spring and Peachtree St, Midtown Atlanta

REHEARSALS: Parade dance will be taught and rehearsed on WEDNESDAYS from 8:30-9:15pm: Feb 15, 22, 29, Mar 1 & 8
                                 (Please note Starlets will rehearse on Tuesdays 8:30-9:00pm instead on Feb 7, 14, 21, and then 8:30-9:15 on Mar 1 & 8.
For those who have participated in the past-- there will be changes to the choreography and music this year ;-)

COSTUMES: Participants will wear costumes either their own assigned costume or one borrowed from ALL STARS.
ALL participants will need OPAQUE BLACK TIGHTS, and SOLID BLACK SNEAKERS (that includes the soles).  Hair: HIGH ponytail CURLED.

 

IF YOU WISH TO BE ONE OF THE 20 DANCERS SELECTED TO JOIN IN THIS EVENT, send email to office@AllStarsPerform.com with student's name, and stating he/she will attend all 4 rehearsals, AND specify if you will ALSO participate in the March 18th Northside St. Patrick's Parade.

Northside's 1st Annual St. Patrick's Parade & Festival

If you are signing up for the March 11th Atlanta St. Patrick's Parade, here's another opportunity for you:

ALL STARS has been invited by the Atlanta CHOA Holly Jolly Fest organizers to help get this new and exciting parade and festival  started. 
The inaugural Northside St. Patrick’s Parade & Festival will step off Saturday, March 18th, 2023, in beautiful Sandy Springs GA, with participants including Honorary Marshals, Military units, schools, bands, Irish social, music, theater, and athletic groups, local civic organizations, businesses and more.  The parade will begin at the intersection of Lake Forrest and Mount Vernon Highway, and proceed East on Mount Vernon to the City Green.  It will then pass the reviewing stand and turn left on Galambos Way, proceeding around the back of the green and ending at the intersection of Galambos Way and Bluestone Road.  Floats and vehicles will then proceed to exit onto Sandy Springs Circle and return to the marshaling or other parking areas.  Please see the event map above for additional details. 
Spectators will be able to view the parade along Mount Vernon, and also from the City Green when it reaches that point in its route. Several public parking areas are marked on the map to the left, please park in one of those designated lots. The duration of the parade will be approximately 45 minutes to one hour.

ALL STARS must accept participation by Jan 17th.
