Victoria took  her first  dance lessons at age two.  Dancing was her  way of life growing up. She  began local TV dance  performances at age 5.  She was assistant  teacher by age 13, and received  her teacher’s diploma from Jay Dash  by age 17. In 1987 she earned a full scholarship from Frank Hatchett at  Broadway Dance Center in NYC.  She began  performing  professionally at age 15, and continued as a freelance dancer,  until  her last performance at the 13th anniversary celebration of the Center  of Fine Arts of Puerto Rico, before moving to GA in 1995. In addition to Dance, she took drama lessons  every summer from age 8 to 17. Her thirst for the stage ran deeper than just Dance (she loves incorporating acting into the ALL STARS Dance Concerts)  During all this, although she loved dance, she received a BBA  in Marketing with a minor in Accounting.  Joined Sears, Roebuck  Corp. of P.R. as manager trainee at  Sears’ #1 store in the nation.   She became a retail manager, and when relocated to GA in 1995, transferred  to the credit area as Account Services Manager for the  Southeast  Region.  She left the corporate life to manage her husband’s real estate appraisal company in 1997.   Real  Estate was attractive, so she became a icensed agent in 1999 and became a  broker in 2007.  Although her business had been successful, she had not been doing what she really loves-- teaching the art of dance.   With her mother’s encouragement, and  her knowledge of  business, she pursued her dream with the opening of ALL  STARS  Performing Arts Academy. Victoria is also Sponsor for the ALL STARS Performing Arts Academy Chapter of National Honor Society for Dance Arts (NHSDA), and former member of the City of Sugar Hill Arts Committee.
